Do I have to sign a contract? No. Our memberships are month to month only. You may cancel at any time but please read our Cancellation Policy before doing so.
Can I put my membership on hold? Yes, please give us a written request no less than 2 weeks from your next scheduled bill date and we will be happy to place your account on hold. If a request is not received in writing or is received less than 2 weeks from when your bill is due, you will be subject to payment and the hold will not go into effect until the following month.
Can you help me with my nutrition? Definitely. We believe in educating our clients on how to properly fuel their bodies with a balanced diet. No fads, no unnecessary supplements, and definitely no gimmicky weight loss challenges.
Do you provide sports-specific programming? Yes. Talk to us one-on-one about your goals and we can discuss a training program that best fits your needs.
Do you have a family package? Yes, we offer an add-on member for $30!

Cancellation Policy:The minimum term of our memberships is one month. After the minimum term, your membership will be automatically renewed for successive one-month periods unless and until you cancel. You may cancel your membership at any time following the initial one-month term, with at least thirty (30) days with written notice on a cancellation form. The cancellation notice form is available below or in person at the gym. Cancellation of your membership will terminate this Agreement and you will no longer be entitled to use the benefits of the membership.
